At TECHNOISE, we believe in transparent business dealings. Since we offer custom digital services and freelance web development, our refund and cancellation rules are strictly structured as follows:
- Cancellation Before Work Starts: If you place an order or pay an advance, and decide to cancel the project before our team has started any coding or development work, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.
- Cancellation After Work Starts: Once the coding, designing, or server setup has commenced, the advance payment becomes non-refundable. Since time and technical resources are already invested, we do not offer refunds once the development phase is active.
- Refund Processing: If your refund request is approved (before work starts), the amount will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
